We know this, so we encourage our residential contacts to do as much of their own maintenance as possible. We use this philosophy: “What would I do if it were mine? I would do my own routine maintenance and only call a repairman for help with major problems.  I would change my own filter and wash out my own condenser.” So we encourage our customers to do the same thing.
